Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BOTTONÉ. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

• Not show signs of damage, or alteration.

• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during delivery.

• Defective or faulty.

• Different from the item you ordered.

• Missing parts or accessories.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@bottone.ch with:

• Your order number.

• The item(s) you wish to return.

• The reason for the return.

• Photos of the item, if requested.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send the item.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as the return may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product, we will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, we will ask you for a bank account in order to make the refund.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund has been processed but you have not received it, please:

1. Check your bank or payment account.

2. Contact your payment provider or bank.

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bottone.ch.

We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
